This page describes what we collect when you use betimate—whether you access the platform through a mobile browser, Android app, or desktop—and how we keep that data protected. We process your information only to operate our service, verify your account, settle your bets, process your payments through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, and other methods, and provide customer support.

Our cloud infrastructure provider stores our servers and backups; we encrypt your data before it leaves our servers, so the provider handles encrypted data and cannot read it.

Transaction records are retained for seven years for tax and anti-money-laundering compliance. Platform interaction logs (games viewed, time spent, market access) are retained for one year and then deleted. If you request account deletion, we remove your profile and personal details within thirty days, but transaction records and logs tied to sports betting are retained per regulatory requirements. No data is permanently deleted until the retention period expires—we do not destroy records early except by court order.
